Pan De Vida Foundation is hosting its Annual Mammography Screening Event with Mobile On-site Mammography, SimonMed (MOM Bus) screening for individuals in the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley community on Saturday, September 30 at Queen Creek Library between 8am-5pm by appointment only. There are 26 appointments available for individuals interested in receiving a 3D Mammogram Screening free of charge. Bring the family, we will have vendors offering services of blood glucose-finger stick, blood pressure check, height, weight body mass index, vision, mental health assessment, referrals for abnormalities, dental check and much more! There will be door prizes and raffles!  We invite you to attend with your family and bring a friend. “MANOGRAMS BY PDV LIMIT 26”
